Ralph Western joined Milestone as Chief Operating Officer in 2023. Prior to joining Milestone, Ralph served four years as COO for Aegion Corporation. In that role, he provided leadership in strategic execution, operational excellence, sales acceleration, manufacturing, engineering, and global logistics to transform their day-to-day business operations, while driving important technology enhancements. Ralph also has 25+ years of prior operational experience for two industrial companies.
